John Fischler began his real estate career over 31 years ago. In 1994, Fischler & Fischler Properties was established to offer exceptional personalized service and a cut above home marketing to the residents of Santa Clara County. A San Jose resident since 1964, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Fullerton.

His exceptional negotiating instincts coupled with his detailed knowledge of the area market place has enabled him to effectively work with buyers and sellers to find the right property to suit their needs. John specializes in helping divorcing homeowners make an informed decision regarding keeping the house by gathering house documents, information and scheduling consultations. his goal is to preserve home ownership eligibility and protect the credit score of both divorcing spouses.
